    Absolutely love the purse but love the customer service even more!!!!!

    I ordered this beautiful purse for my daughter as a birthday present. While carrying it for the first time, the handle came apart. I reached out to support with pictures and asked for a replacement and that I would return the original one. Let’s just say that the service i received by far exceeded my highest expectations. They immediately shipped a new purse and told us to keep the original one and if it can be fix to gift it to someone deserving. I was so impressed. It was my 3rd purchase and I will definitely be buying again.
