Because Actively Black not only represents a major movement in my culture, it also delivers consistently high quality apparel in the athleisure market segment. I wanted to pay it forward and help generate revenue through membership dues to assist with product availability to meet exponential demand. This explosive growth curve is where the majority of Black-owned businesses outsource the manufacturing of their products in order to meet demand without fully "mastering their recipe".
