I was so excited to get this shirt. I was initially miffed by how long it took to get the shirt, but I understood the supply chain issues once explained. I opened the package and the first thing I noticed is that the logo on the front of the shirt is off-center and crooked. Disappointed is an understatement.
Finally arrived yesterday August 22nd 2025. I mistakenly ordered the wrong size and had to go through the return process. However the t-shirt is worth the wait. I love it because it not only celebrates blackness but is celebrates the black farmer the black cotton farmer. My mom came from a South Carolina sharecropping family. So I'm paying homage to my family and the black farmers of today I purchased a t-shirt. Thanks so much for offering this product. I tried to buy black wherever possible.
I really like this t-shirt! The quality is exactly what I expected, it's well made, feels great, and definitely lives up to the reputation for premium craftsmanship.
I was willing to pay the higher price because, first and foremost, I wanted to support a Black-owned business. I had also heard that the quality was worth the investment, and I agree that it is.
My only disappointment was the shipping time. It took much longer to arrive than expected, and that was a significant issue. If you're ordering for a specific event or need it by a certain date, be sure to give yourself plenty of extra time.
Overall, I would purchase from Actively Black again because the product itself is excellent. I just hope they can improve their shipping and fulfillment
The cotton material is soft and feels good. The only thing for me is the size of the lettering on the black being so large. I do understand messaging, but it's a little too large. The shirt is well made and a great quality. I will buy other products from this company if there's anything I like.
