Still Have NOT Received Shirt

I am deeply dissatisfied and disappointed with the lack of support about my order. I have emailed twice about my shirt NOT EVEN BEING SHIPPED YET. I have requested to cancel the order and return the money back to the card of purchase. My request was denied. I STILL can’t get clear answers on why NOT SHIPPED YET. Please help
