I love neon yellow. I love the quality of Actively Black's apparel. I was very excited about this dress! I've worn it for workouts (with shorts) and just out and and about. It's stylishand comfortable and the color is vibrant. My sole criticism is that whole the dress fits well, for me it does gap a bit around the arm holes.
For reference, I'm 6'1 and bought an XL.

I love neon yellow and I love the quality of Actively Black. This dress looks great, feels great. The color is amazing. The zip at the hem is a sexy detail whether it's zipped open or not. I would also wear this with shorts to work out in. A tiny criticism: the arm holes gap around the chest, making bras visible -- which is fine if you want the bra seen! Still 9/10

I was worried this would be see-through because the neon yellow shorts are, but it’s not! Really nice, comfortable, stretchy material. Very cute! My hips are about 44-45” and I got the XL. It has a little room around my hips. Skirt hits mid-upper thigh (I’m 5’7”). I could have sized down but it would have been a little tighter than I wanted.
