I really loved this sweater at 1st glance and loved it whenI wore it. Yet I washed it and it got a few fuzz balls from 1 wash. I was disappointed because that tells me something about the material. I would however plan to purchase again

Hello,
I ordered in November hoping to give as Christmas presents. However my order didn’t make it into Santa’s sleigh. I actually didn’t take delivery until February and only received half of my order:one large and one X-Large . I am not unhappy with product but disappointed in the delivery process. I want to continue to support but this has been disheartening. I hope that this can be addressed.
