Wanted to give them a 5 star review, but because of unprofessional behavior I can't. I ordered a sweatsuit size XL for the top and bottom and was sent a size L for the top. Reached out to them and was told the XL was sold out and they know that the items are some what over sized, and since the difference between the L and XL isn't significant they sent the L to see if it would work for me or i can send it back for a refund. Huh? I have never experienced this when ordering from any other clothing company. I know what size I wanted and that was the size I ordered, and a refund should have been issued once they realized they didn't have the size I ordered. This was so unprofessional to me. The sweatsuit is great quality and I really wanted to make this my go to company, but after this I don't want to support them anymore. Professionalism is definantly something that we have to get better with in the black community!
