The neon biker shorts were very attractive. However, as with all of Actively Black's sportswear, it is not meant for the average African American woman. They are narrow in the waist, hips, and legs. The average Black woman is not a model, nor has the straight body type of other races. The material is soft and comfortable. I love supporting Black businesses, but it would be better if Black businesses supported me as a Black woman. I normally wear a small, but I had to return several pieces because they were too tight; on the other hand, the tops are too big. And the most aggravating issue is that products are always out of stock. That may be a good thing for Actively Black, but not for the purchaser. I am still waiting for the top for my neon shorts to restock.
