I ordered back in May, it's almost July 4th and haven't received my order yet. It's very disappointing. I want to support and represent the product, but it's difficult to do that. Especially when I don't have my order delivered in a somewhat timely manner.

It is frustrating to pay for a specific design only to receive a different version. To make matters worse, customer service was dismissive when I pointed out the error. I expected much better transparency and professional integrity from this brand.
