    Good customer service and good quality hoodie

    So I got a notification saying my product was delivered but I didn’t get it. I emailed them and informed them I had not received it but it said it was delivered. They answered back very quickly and told me that sometimes USP will say it’s delivered but may deliver the next day. I said ok waited until the next day. Found out it had been delivered to my neighbor's by mistake. I love the hoodie and appreciated that I did get a response from the company. Will order again for sure
