Good evening,
I was so excited to get my joggers before Texas Southern University homecoming … I just got them today 9/29/2025 out of the mailbox…. Opened the package and put them on only to be disappointed that they do not fit. They’re too big. I read the sticker that is included and it states to contact activelyblack.com for returns and as I manage my return, I click it next to my item, and it says it cannot be returned!
I go back into the website to initiate another purchase (because I always confirm the return policy before I make purchases) and I see it does not have any type of disclosure that these items cannot be returned.
I initially wanted to just exchange the joggers but became so upset about the entire purchase I was going to social media as my daughter suggested but decided to email you first. I went by the chart. It stated it was unisex in size and I checked my previous purchases because I have similar joggers, but wanted to support your company. Is it possible to return the joggers for the medium size?
