Was initially concerned about both zippers but they seem to be working better after using them for a few days.

Loved the crossbody, don’t like how the USPS just shoved it in mailbox and crushed it at bottom.

I've always wanted this bag, just love the style and everything about it. However, I'll be sending it back because the zipper is not working properly
