I enjoy all of the items I have purchased very well made. The one recommendation would be for you to lit the dimensions of your bags on your site. I actually called and was told by one of your representatives that they did not know the dimensions of your bags.

Bring to purchasing the bag I contacted customer service and asked what the dimensions were to my surprise. I was told “we don’t know the dimensions of the bag”. I placed my order and determine exactly why the dimensions were not provided. Although the bag is well-made, as were the other items I’ve purchased however, this bag is a much smaller than the dimensions of a carry-on sized aircraft bag very disappointed.
