This is definitely the best crop hoodie ever. The inside is super soft to your skin. I ordered a medium but had to exchange it for a small. Can I just say the exchange process is quick & on point. As soon as I dropped it off at the drop off location I received an email that my new order is being processed. My new size came quick & just in time for my vacation.

This right here!!! I am first of all, so pleased with customer serviceās response right away.. and their willingness to make sure I was a satisfied customer. I had to return my first one, (and I didnāt want to) because I said let me size up, please do not! It is true to size. I ordered an XL, but had to return and get a L..
