Once your item is received back at our warehouse, allow up to 5 days processing to inspect product. Once product has been inspected and deemed eligible for return, a refund will be issued. Refund speed is determined by your bank.

For exchanges, if your item is out of stock, you can choose store credit to use for a different item. As soon as you drop off your return and the package is scanned by the carrier, your store credit will be issued immediately by email.
